B&A CHURCH BRISTOL

One of my longest standing clients, B&A Church wanted a complete re-brand, having had enough of their (quite generic) three translucent overlapping shapes.

They wanted a custom font, something creatively quirky with an edge which communicated the vibe of Bristol and appealed to a younger audience.

I used diagonal lines to customise and cut into the letters B&A, to convey 'drawing people in' which helps translate their message 'everyone's invited'. These lines also represent the light of God shining in to the Church and also outwards. In the full logo the custom 'C' conveys 'Christ', and encircles B&A showing that he holds the church and everyone with in.

I design regular print and digital pieces for the Church and each time create something every different which you wouldn't necessarily expect from a Church!
